Hi, so my ipod isn't working, it's 3 years old and I guess these problems started a few months ago. At first my ipod would randomly turn off, I'd set it down, and then come back to it in a minute or so and it would be off, it stopped doing that, thankfully. I can play music without headphones in and it sounds fine, but when I put my headphones in, (or anyone else's) the audio sounds funny, and all you can hear is the drums and guitar, you can't hear the voice very well.   Getting him to ejaculate before sex is not the answer because it doesn't solve the problem. The best method is stop and go, but sometimes men even need to have to build up to this. The best way to start, is to get him to NOT move after penetration, and just let him be there. It is a recommended method. When he gets used to just being there without moving, then he begins moving until he feels it build (he has to recognise this before it happens, and pull out). eventually he should be able to go longer without having to stop. 3 - 5 minutes is actually the average time it does take though for a man to ejaculate.   1. When going to the toilet to urinate and stopping midflow, thats using the PC muscle

This region is an area of dopaminergic soma, and unless we talk of dendritic release, I'm not sure these drugs will affect DA release in SN to any significant extent. Perhaps you meant release from striatum, nucleus accumbens, etc., or some other brain regions receiving innervation from the substantia nigra.

I have already browsed a lot of questions that have already been asked on yahoo answers regarding phimosis. I did not find the answers for two of my doubts.

Firstly, if preputioplasty or circumcision is done and my foreskin will then be able to retract over the glans, how far down will the skin go? I'm asking cuz in my case, the skin is really tight over the head, but with a little "rough" sex, it gets pulled over sometimes, and when this happens, it hurts (like burns where the skin is tight) and also I loose sensation at the tip of my penis, probably due to the cutting off of circulation....anyways, the pain that i feel is a little way below the head so I wonder how far will it go once it isn't so tight anymore?

  If you don't have skin disease, there is no need for surgery. (Phismosis is not a disease, it's a condition)
  Check your skin for scarring or any visible abnormalities.
  If you don't see any scarring or inflammation, I dare to say you have 99% change to succeed with stretching.

  I did have tight unretractable foreskin my whole life until I started stretching it at age 26.
  Now everything is fine, frenulum too.. no surgery was needed and I'm very happy with the results.

  You age has no impact to the efficiency of stretching.
  It might be a bit more uncomfortable for adult though, because usually stretching happens during the time penis grows to adult size and stretching of the foreskin happens slowly and you wouldn't even thing of it.
  If you didn't start retracting when you were teen, no wonder it is tight.
